Shipping & Returns

The Following Applies to ALL Returns:
  • For ALL returns you must call us at 1-866-972-6271 or contact us via email to obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (ROA) within 7 days of receipt of the item.
  • ALL returned items must show no signs of wear or use and must be returned in its original packaging along with all warranty cards, manuals, quickstart guides, and any other original content that was present when you received the item or the return will be refused. Do not write on the manufacturer's box that the product came in.

Reasons and Guidelines for Returns:

  • Return for Refund: If you for some reason are not happy with your purchase and wish to return your item for a refund, a 10% restocking fee will be charged for the item return and you, the buyer, will be responsible for all shipping charges and arrangements needed to return the item to us. Upon receiving the item in the above stated condition, your purchase price less the 10% restocking fee will be refunded to you.
  • Defective or Non-Working Item Return for Identical Replacement: In the unlikely event that you receive a product that you have purchased from us and it does not work and is deemed defective, we will make arrangements to have the item returned to us at our expense and replace the item with an identical item free of charge upon receiving the defective item back from you so long as the item is returned in the above stated condition.
  • Defective or Non-Working Item Return for Refund: In the unlikely event that you receive a product that you have purchased from us and it does not work and is deemed defective and you choose NOT to accept an identical replacement, you may request a refund. If a refund is requested, a 10% restocking fee will be charged for the item return and you, the buyer, will be responsible for all shipping charges needed to return the item to us. Upon receiving the item in the above stated condition, your purchase price less the 10% restocking fee will be refunded to you.

What products are not able to be returned?

  • Software, CDs, or other related media that has been opened (unless your item was DOA (dead on arrival))
  • Earphones or Headphones (unless your item was DOA (dead on arrival))
  • Other products that have been used that have been blown into or used that may involve the possible transfer of germs or disease (ie.. mouthpieces, woodwind instruments, microphones, earbuds, etc..)
  • Products that have been opened and/or used that are not able to be placed in original packaging in its original state with all original contents as it arrived to you
